Mike Wilson

Founder

With more than 50 years of sales experience, I've built my career on trust, service, and helping customers make the right choices. After retiring from my career as a teacher, I spent 17 years managing Huffman Koos before being recruited to open J&M, where I discovered my passion for the flooring industry.

Although I took time away, my passion for flooring, design, and creating beautiful residential and commercial spaces never left me. That passion inspired me to establish Your Flooring Center in 2009, where I combine decades of experience with personalized service and expert product knowledge. Since opening the business, Your Flooring Center family has continued to grow, with Victor and Madelyne joining the team to help carry on my commitment to exceptional service and quality craftsmanship.

Known by many as the "COREtec King," I've earned a reputation for my extensive flooring expertise and commitment to helping customers find the perfect flooring solution for their home or business. Proud to call Bradley Beach home.

Victor Flores

Co-Founder

I've been dedicated to the flooring industry for over 18 years. What started as a job quickly became a passion. I began by installing flooring, which gave me a deep understanding of the craftsmanship,
attention to detail, and customer care that every successful project requires. That foundation has allowed me to grow professionally and better understand every stage of the flooring process.

My role has evolved from installing flooring to helping customers bring their vision to life through showroom guidance, project measurements, and installation expertise. I’m the person customers
will work closely with from the initial measurement through the installation process, providing a seamless experience from start to finish. Because of my installation background, I can also provide
valuable insight into what to expect during your project process, answer questions with confidence, and help customers make informed
decisions every step of the way.

Madelyne Flores

Showroom Manager

I’m proud to be part of the flooring industry alongside my husband, Victor, and our founder,
Michael. Through my role, I’ve gained valuable insight into the world of flooring—from
understanding the differences between materials and styles to appreciating the details behind the
installation process and the importance of clear communication with every customer.

As a full-time mom, I balance the joys and responsibilities of motherhood while helping ensure our business runs smoothly. While you may see me from time to time, much of my role happens behind the scenes, supporting daily operations and helping create a seamless, positive experience for our customers. I love bringing a personal and feminine touch to the process by helping customers explore colors, designs, and styles that reflect their vision, lifestyle, and the feeling they want to create in their home.
